Overview


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project management team and ensure the seamless execution of construction contracts. This role will work closely with the company’s leadership to meet and exceed project goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards.
  • Validate customer contracts, purchase orders, and documents for accuracy.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts under the supervision of the President.
  • Ensure compliance with pre-lien notices, licensing, insurance, bonds, and safety requirements.
  • Support litigation management and dispute resolution as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the President and executives, including managing schedules and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between Customers, Project Managers, Operations, Finance, and Sales departments.


Qualifications


  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least five years of experience in Construction Contract Administration or a related role.
  • CPCM certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong understanding of contract documents and construction regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.


Requirements


  • Required: Experience in Construction Contract Administration.
  • Optional: CPCM certification.
  • Optional: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
