TSG is a dynamic and rapidly growing staffing and recruitment company that values innovation, tenacity, and success. We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development to join our team and drive revenue growth in the flourishing Tampa market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
    • Utilize various channels and strategies to generate high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Building:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
    • Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Deal Closing:

    • Drive the sales process from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into satisfied, long-term clients.
  • Territory Management:

    • Take ownership of the Florida territory, strategically mapping out potential clients and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in B2B Sales Technology, MSP, Staffing, Professional Services.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for success and financial rewards.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and dedicated to achieving targets.
