A very popular beachside restaurant/bar looking for an experienced manager to be a part of our management team. Must have 2+ years restaurant management experience, excellent references and a “hit the ground running” professional attitude.

We are looking for someone who can maintain professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere and ensuring excellent guest service. We value integrity, work ethic, leadership skills, and the ability to coach, direct, and motivate staff.

Job requirements:

  • Flexibility; must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Hard working and customer service oriented

  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Point of Service systems
  • Knowledge of Bar Drinks

Responsibilities:

This is a "hands-on" position including all areas of the restaurant environment. Your duties will include the nightly closing of the restaurant, managing the floor, overseeing and training of new staff, inventory control as well as normal day to day operations. This is a full-time position. It is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work for an established well-known family run business. Benefits include paid vacation, food allowance.

  • Oversee nightly operations of the restaurant and sports bar
  • Manage and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage cash handling and reconcile daily sales reports
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Certification Requirements:

  1. Alcohol Server Certification: Also known as Responsible Beverage Service (RBS)training, this certificate is required in many places for managers and servers handling alcohol.
  2. Serv Safe Certification: This is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association.It demonstrates knowledge offood safety practices.
  3. Anti Sexual Harassment Training Certificate
