- Ability to work with small hand tools and moving equipment.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and push up to 100 pounds with help.
- Ability to perform physical duties.
- Punctuality and attendance.
- Ability to work overtime and weekend work as needed.
- Critical thinking as it relates installation requirements on the job.
- Plans and prepares for installation jobs.
- Assembles, fabricates, and installs components.
- Disassembles and dispose of components. * Brings all required tools to job site every day.
- Unload and removes packaging of delivered components.
- Ability to keep records of daily activities, job tasks and timesheets for daily hours.
- Clean up after completion of each project.
