As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls efficiently.
Greet visitors and patients warmly as they enter and leave the building.
Provide product education and address customer issues through incoming calls and in person.
Administrative Duties:
Schedule new and existing patients.
Verify and enter insurance information accurately.
Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
Organizational Skills:
Maintain strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ensure store cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in a customer service or front desk role.
