Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.

- Prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain property standards.

- Oversee maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance initiatives.
