Job Title: Contracting Liaison

Position Overview: As a Contracting Liaison, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts with our agents and carrier partners. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within our systems and adapting to changes as needed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to contribute to a dynamic team and make a positive impact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain contract documents and records.
• Facilitate communication between internal team and carriers.
• Assist with contract negotiations and revisions as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the contracting department as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline contracting processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
• Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
