Position Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and well-being of our employees. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and update comprehensive HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Lead the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Implement innovative strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing social media platforms, attending job fairs, and fostering relationships with educational institutions.
  • Design and facilitate new employee onboarding programs, including orientation sessions, training modules, and mentorship initiatives, to facilitate a seamless integration into the organization.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, flexible spending accounts, and wellness initiatives, ensuring competitive offerings and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans, to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Proactively address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, mediation, grievance handling, and implementing corrective actions when necessary, to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and compliance documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws.
  • Collaborate closely with department managers and stakeholders to forecast staffing needs, develop workforce planning strategies, and implement talent acquisition and retention programs.
  • Leverage PEO Saas based software, preferably Rippling HRIS, to streamline HR processes, automate administrative tasks, generate insightful reports, and analyze workforce data for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) highly desired, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of success in HR management roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulations.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in utilizing PEO Saas based software, particularly Rippling HRIS, to optimize HR operations and enhance employee experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to addressing complex HR challenges.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity, maintaining high ethical standards in all interactions.
