Marathon TS is seeking a Front Office Lead for to help with the digital health transformation efforts within the program management office. This person will provide administrative, program management, and select front office support to streamline and facilitate operations across the Program.

In partnership with the government Support Team Coordinator, this role will help manage the activities and materials for the Support teams whose objective is to support the product teams to deliver value to end users. This role will work closely with the Administration TC to ensure the teams' goals are aligned with the overall product strategy of the organization. This includes organizing and facilitating Scrums across the Program, driving All Hands engagements, support the response to Congressional inquiries, driving and organizing engagement with other Programs in the organization, and assisting with executive support. This role will also be responsible for all high-level communications and the development of comprehensive reports for high-level audiences, embodying best governance practices and fostering innovative collaboration methods.

Success in this role is defined by the readiness and precision of materials intended for executive review and facilitating informed decision-making and strategic alignment across the program. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project management within a consultancy or similar environment, demonstrating the ability to guide teams and provide critical feedback. The Front Office Lead should be capable of independently driving initiatives, prioritizing responsibilities effectively, and developing informed strategies that enhance program outcomes. This individual will need to maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and be adept at incorporating lessons learned into everyday processes.
This role will work closely with Prime contractor team members, government leaders, vendors, and subcontractors in support of the program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Detailed responsibilities:

Assist the Administration TC in the oversight of work within Administration function

  • Ensure that teams fulfill their designated roles and responsibilities, verifying that their work aligns with the program's goals and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with areas of administration to ensure work is progressing according to plan and to ensure projects are resourced appropriately
  • Organize and facilitate Support and PMO Scrums as applicable
  • Drive and organize engagement with other Programs in the organization


Develop high-level communications and comprehensive reporting

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights
  • Manage and oversee all steering and stakeholder briefs / communications to the senior-most level, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment
  • Support government in managing responses to Congressional/GAO/IG inquiries
  • Drive All Hands engagements across the Program, ensuring necessary stakeholders are involved and engaging with leadership
  • Uphold the program's standards in communications


Drive professional development and continuous improvement

  • Stay updated with industry best practices, integrating new methodologies and technologies to enhance front office operations
  • Incorporate lessons learned into daily processes, continually refining strategies
  • Drive initiatives independently, demonstrating the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively and develop informed recommendations


BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams
  • Prior DHA or government healthcare experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Experience operating with a software / IT environment across the SDLC (preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Strong written and verbal comms
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Has a CAC (Common Access Card) [preferred]
