Our client, a major health care system, is seeking an RN Case Manager Supervisor to join their team in the Metro Detroit area

6 Month Contracts

Shift: 8:00a-4:30p

Pay Range: $65-$68/hour

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee patient care plans as a RN Case Manager/Supervisor.
- Utilize physiology knowledge to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care.
- Manage patient services, ensuring quality care and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective discharge planning.
- Apply medical terminology in documenting patient assessments and care plans.
- Utilize hospital experience to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.

RN Case Manager/Supervisor Job Requirements:

  • Must have active unrestricted RN License or LMSW
  • Computer skills, including software such as Word, Word Prefect, Excel, Power Point,

Visio/Flow charting.

  • Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience; hospital-based case management

preferred.

  • CCM Certification - preferred
  • Positive physician and payer relationship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
