FAS Windows & Doors, a customer-centric replacement window and door company in Central Florida, represents the nation’s most respected window and door manufacturers. We provide exceptional products and service to our customers and customer satisfaction is our primary focus.

We are currently seeking a part time accounting coordinator to assist in our NW Orlando location. The main function of this role is to handle customer invoicing and other general accounting duties. This may include assisting with accounts payable functions, accounts receivable functions, customer financing, credit collections actions, maintaining records and assisting other team members as needed.

The successful incumbent should hold an AA/AS or BA/BS degree or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school. At least two years related office experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks is necessary and Salesforce experience is helpful. Administrative, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills are required, and you must have a high degree of professionalism and ethics.

This is a part time position, ideal for a college student, retiree or anyone looking for a flexible part time work arrangement. You must be able to pass a background check, including a credit inquiry. Work must be done in our offices in NW Orlando.
