Customer Service Representative

Duties/responsibilities include:
- Data Entry of purchase orders. Invoicing and scanning.
- Uses EDI to receive orders and transmit ASNs and invoices between customer and the company
- Coordinates order fulfillment with Shipping personnel; documents and provides specific shipping and labeling requirements for each customer
- Reviews incoming orders for accuracy of part numbers, pricing and availability
- Accesses customer and freight carrier websites to schedule shipments, understand customer specific shipping requirements.
- Interacts with customers via phone or email to provide support for order placement, complaints, or require information about products purchased from the organization.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- 3 Years Customer Service experience, preferably with retail store customers (large and small), including accessing customer’s vendor portals
- EDI knowledge
- Experienced with interacting with Shipping/Distribution Departments and working with freight carriers, UPS, FedEx, with international shipping experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel)
- Excellent phone and people skills
- Attention to Detail
