Orange, United States Innovative Air Solutions Full time

Help maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Maintain customer database in our CRM software with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Sell and offer Memberships and Accessories over the phone to customers and work together towards goals with CSR Department.

Work Hours are Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00PM. Weekends, if necessary, some overtime.

**Qualifications**:

- An Associates Degree or College Certificate
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent Written Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill set is vital
- Ability to handle and work with team members in all departments (Service, Sales, Installation, CSR, Managers)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technology savvy
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to make ethical decisions and handle pressure
- Communicate with customers in a kindly manner and be empathetic to their problems
- Ability to work through the Innovative Air Solutions busy season uninterrupted
- Ability to sell and offer memberships and system enhancements over the phone

**Daily Duties**
- Arrive to work on-time and have your desk area prepared
- Answer phones in a timely manner
- Dispatch Technicians effectively and in a timely manner
- Work with CSR Department on dispatching and scheduling calls
- Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as they are received
- Be able to work from call scripts
- Maintain accuracy of customers’ account in CRM software
- Communicate with customers on their scheduled appointment
- Make Happy Calls, Follow-Up, and ask for Reviews from customers
- Participate in community scheduled after-hours events with the company
- Other Duties as Assigned

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
