Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Review all project documents and effectively manage project details to minimize punch list items
  • Develop and manage a detailed plan of action to ensure successful project completion
  • Assist with budgeting, purchasing, quality control, scheduling of trades and vendors, and job progress documentation
  • Attend weekly project meetings, provide project updates, and share potential issues
  • Manage all aspects of the project, ensuring schedules are maintained and implementing necessary changes and revisions
  • Coordinate and attend equipment demonstrations
  • Complete all required paperwork
  • Ensure safety regulations are closely followed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in project coordination or project management and construction experience is highly desirable, as is some knowledge of AIA documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
