Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Drylock Core Values: Safety, Respect, Ownership
  • Prepare, complete, and upload all RFI/RFQ/RFP bid paperwork coordinating with all departments and plants needed, along with the PreACP process to obtain product specs and financial analysis.
  • Pricing Request Forms (PRFs): Ensure all information is accurate and support sales in updating the forms for all RFQ/RFPs and current customers.
  • Work with our legal team to ensure that every new customer contract and confidentiality agreement (CDA) is filed correctly while maintaining existing ones.
  • Update and assist in the maintenance of all Retail Customer portals and databases with all documentation and information needed.
  • Manage all new customer product launches and coordinate with all departments to ensure timely completion of the ZACP process.
  • Assist sales in the creation of sales forms, flowcharts, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Build and maintains external and internal customer relationships. Work with outside sales reps, brokers, and customers to keep account activities up to date.
  • Lead all administrative processes involved in retail sales bids, contracts, samples, and literature for driving incremental business.
  • Coordinate with outside Retail Sales Team on all bids, launches, and/or contracts.
  • Coordinate efforts and communications with Retail and Marketing to ensure all information and analytical requirements for the company are being met.
  • General project responsibilities as assigned.
  • Occasionally travel to and attend trade shows.
  • Create and comprehend required sales reports, continuous and individual, and ensure they are useful and understood.
  • Cross-train with other Inside Sales team members.
  • Responsible for entering and maintaining updated product specs in Walmart’s ProSpec system
  • Lead the Walmart artwork process with external and internal cross functional teams (uploading dielines, review and approval of proofs, etc)
  • Work with corporate sustainability team to compile and enter data for Walmart’s Annual Sustainability Survey (Project Gigaton)
  • Coordinate compiling of data for Walmart E-halo initiative and enter Walmart’s portal
  • Process Walmart testing requests for new products and all annual UL testing requirements (sample requests and paperwork)
  • Submit new products and update product details in Walmart Supplier One including images, item details, online content
  • Compile and enter bid data into Walmart’s COUPA bid portal
  • Process sample requests needed for Walmart business
  • Coordinate Walmart bids and launches internally (PreACP / ACP)
  • Maintains the Walmart PRF
  • Act as Walmart Retail Link Site Administrator
  • Ensure requirements are met and entered in system for Walmart’s “How to Recycle” initiative

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • College degree or equivalent experience is preferred and considered a plus.
  • Must have at least 2 years minimum experience in an office setting, preferably supporting Sales or Marketing.



Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Must be proficient in Advanced Computer skills: Microsoft Office especially Excel, pivot tables, vlookups and data analytics.
  • SAP Experience and manipulation of SAP data preferred.
  • Adobe programs, in Design and Illustrator preferred.
  • Must be able to read and interpret work documents
  • Must have the ability to work in teams
  • Must have the ability to interpret customer data.
  • Demonstrate drive for success and ability to think progressively (forward thinking).
  • Must be organized, detailed and deadline oriented.
  • Ability to set daily priorities, taking business needs into consideration to manage time, workload, multiple projects, and competing priorities.
  • Experience with sales databases a plus.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear, concise business and customer correspondence.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues.
