Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to serve as the Facility Manager for our Pickleball facility. As the manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, coordinate events, manage staff, and ensure the facility operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

1. **Operational Management:**
   - Oversee all aspects of facility operations including court scheduling, maintenance, and cleanliness.
   - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
   - Manage inventory of equipment and supplies.

2. **Customer Relations:**
   - Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
   - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
   - Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players.

3. **Event Coordination:**
   - Plan and coordinate pickleball tournaments, leagues, and social events.
   - Handle event registration, scheduling, and logistics.
   - Collaborate with local organizations and sponsors for event support.

4. **Staff Management:**
   - Recruit, train, and supervise facility staff and instructors.
   - Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
   - Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

**Qualifications:**
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications 

Additional Requirements

- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
