Job DescriptionJob Description

CST is currently seeking to hire an IT Sales Executive to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales process to grow company revenue.and expand CST's client-base.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective clients by size and industry that can utilize and grow with CST's managed IT services
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
  • Create and grow an expansive network of businesses throughout New England

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work individually as well as within groups to network CST's services
  • Previous experience in IT sales, customer service, or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients

Prerequisites:

  • College degree in business, marketing, or management is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and phone skills
  • Strong business writing and proposal experience

Compensation:

This full-time position offers a base salary and strong commissions on every new client acquisition. There are no ceilings or caps on any commissions.  CST offers full benefits, including healthcare, paid holidays, vacation, matching 401 (k), and profit-sharing.  .
