What you will do:

  • Bookkeeping and financial statement compilation for various clients (QuickBooks Online)
  • Prepare individual and business tax returns (Intuit Pro Connect Tax)
  • Gather and organize client information
  • Various administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Required
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    • Minimum 1-2 years' experience with tax preparation
    • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in accounting related field
    • Minimum 20-30 hours per week
    • Willing to work remote after initial training with semi-regular in-person meetings
  • Preferred
    • QuickBooks Online experience
    • QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Willing to invest in business development and growth
