**Job Listing: Medical Office Front Desk Administrator at Pacific Wellness Clinic Corp**

 

**Location:** 375 Castro St, Mountain View, California

 

**Compensation:** $20-$25 per hour base salary 

                                              (Plus end of year bonus when become permanent staff)

 

**Position Type:** Full-time and Part-time

 

**Responsibilities:**

1. Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.

3. Verify insurance coverage and process payments.

4. Maintain patient records and update information as needed.

5. Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

6. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

7. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

8. Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

 

**Requirements:**

1. Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

6. Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus.
