We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team for our brand new, mental health residential facility. You will be responsible for serving 3 meals per day, overseeing your staff and coordinating meal menus with the registered dieticians. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu items
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

  • GED or HS Diploma
  • SERV Safe Certification
  • Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems 
  • Strong leadership qualities

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday full time hours 

Pay: Varies upon experience
