We have an immediate opportunity for an Order Processor/CSR with a busy manufacturer in Huntington Beach, CA.

Essential responsibility is to deliver excellent customer experiences, acting as the primary interface with internal and external customers. Resolve concerns efficiently, build lasting relationships, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver excellent service to all customers.
  • Provide product pricing, availability, and lead times.
  • Manage a diverse Customer Portfolio.
  • Input Purchase Orders accurately into the ERP system.
  • Handle order changes, cancellations, and return authorizations.
  • Identify complex documents and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Present solutions to customer concerns promptly.
  • Assist with order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma with relevant work experience.
  • Some college preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with data entry and ERP systems (Navision/MS Dynamics preferred).
  • Typing skills (40 WPM+) and basic knowledge of data entry.
  • Ability to compose correspondence and create simple Excel worksheets.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work independently and within a team.
  • Reliability is essential.
