Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of REGIONAL property management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
  • Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
