Position Overview: As a Foodservice Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in untapped markets. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in opening up new markets, preferably within the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in new markets, with a focus on high volume kitchens. 
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and support throughout the sales process, from lead generation to order fulfillment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Track and report on sales activities, including pipeline status, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on opening up new markets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the foodservice industry or working for small businesses is preferred.
  • Belief in the importance of personal growth and continuous learning, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in response to changing market dynamics.
