We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collection Agent to join our team. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

- Contact individuals and businesses to collect outstanding payments

- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
