Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Executive Administrator to join our team You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of management team
  • Assist HR department by working with staff, implementing policies, etc.
  • Help financial team with invoicing, purchase orders, quotes, account payables/receivables
  • Maintain safety records, trainings, certificates, compliance
  • Social media, marketing, website
  • Coordinate performance reviews, meetings
  • Plan and coordinate team outtings
  • Work in QuickBooks doing day-to-day accounting needs
  • Work with subcontractors to maintain compliance and payments 
  • Maintain office and order supplies

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
