Job DescriptionJob Description

Seeking a bi-lingual (English, Mandarin) Finance Associate to join our team. The position will manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes between our subsidiary and home office as well as assist in financial and office administrative work. This is a great opportunity for someone who is experienced in finance or accounting and is an enthusiastic team player. 

Responsibilities of the Finance Associate:

  • Create and maintain the financial department processes and policies
  • Provide administrative, operational, and project support
  • Process client payments and research discrepancies
  • Serve as client liaison for billing inquiries and transaction requests
  • Maintain communication with home office develop local strategy models 
  • Process client paperwork, and manage and maintain reports
  • Maintain vendor contracts and account inventories
  • Additional tasks and projects as assigned
  • Prepare and review accounting and pay statements 
  • Manage quarterly tax filing and prepare year end audit and financial reports 

Requirements of the Finance Associate:

  • Associate’s degree required with preferred concentration in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • read and write Chinese and English fluently
  • 1-2 years of corporate administrative experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of GAAP
  • Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines
