General Summary:

  • Provide basic nursing care under RN direction.
  • Assist with complex patient care for adults and geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal hygiene and daily living activities.
  • Record vital signs and patient data accurately.
  • Support respiratory care and notify RN/RCP as needed.
  • Conduct bedside tests and assist with admissions/discharges.
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient belongings.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
  • Participate in continuing education and staff meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of PCT training and CNA certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to transport patients and manage supplies.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and push heavy objects.
