Looking for a committed life coach with 5+ years of experience.  We are looking for a coach/mentor to work with a young, adult male. Ideally, this candidate would have experience in helping young, adult clients achieve personal (and professional) goals, counseling in problem-solving strategies and be able to teach stress management and mindfulness techniques. The individual we are looking for must have excellent leadership skills, along with distinguished communication skills to convey information between all necessary parties.

A military background is preferred but not required. But candidate must be able to support physical fitness and healthy eating routines/programs. While we are looking for an individual that can help a struggling young male have a more regimented, disciplined routine, we are also looking for a strong empath who possesses non-verbal listening techniques.  This individual would be working to help a young, adult male launch in all facets of life.  Experience in addiction recovery would be extremely advantageous.

We are looking for a positively influencing life coach to help this young adult make progress in his life to improve on his relationships, career and day-to-day life all while attaining greater fulfillment.  This individual will need assistance and guidance to clarify goals, identify obstacle and strategizing to overcome obstacles.  We are looking for a coach/mentor who is passionate and supportive in helping this client make the most of his strengths to achieve long-lasting change.

This position will require approximately 2 hours/day for up to 6 days per week.  Pay will range from the low end of $50/hour to $100+ for the right credentials and experience.  Please send a resume and a cover letter telling us about yourself and your experience and also indicate desired compensation.  Please ensure your resume conveys experience in effective goal-setting and relationship management, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, motivational techniques, case management and any specific courses or training applicable to the positions needs.
