· Provide clinical oversight for cases and counselors being supervised
· Coordinate with licensed eligible and licensed Clinician staff
· Complete and/or review clinical assessments for all programs, including formulating diagnoses for youth and adults with emotional and behavioral disturbances
- Coordinates regularly with administration regarding quality assurance and compliance measures
- Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS)
- Completes and/or approves Individualized Service Plans and Re-assessments for all agency clients being supervised
- Provides documentation and clinical training to agency staff
- Completes intake assessments within 72 hrs of seeing client to determine eligibility for services and provides input to admission team regarding treatment needs which includes the following documentation; Intake packet, Initial assessment, clinical assessment, DLA-20, Initial ISP, Annual ISP, SRA/Authorization form
· Attend and assist in the planning of staff meetings and training
