We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team You will run one of our production lines and ensure excellent quality control.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Working with chemical baths to apply finishes to work product in line with customer specifications.

  • Inspecting work at each stage of production to ensure finishes meet quality standards.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.

  • Eye for detail.

​Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
  • Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Initial pay rate will be based on experience.
