Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team You will be responsible for compliance with AS13100, creating work instructions, and performing process capability studies and internal audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain work instructions for operators and prepare data cards for approval by Tier 1 customers.
  • Create FMEAs.
  • Coordinate with Quality Manager on compliance audits (ISO, AS, Nadcap, etc.).
  • Create and perform process capability studies.
  • Monitor Quality KPIs
  • APQP

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree and one year of functional experience or three years’ experience as a Quality Engineer.
  • Previous experience in Nadcap or similar (IATF) audits.
  • Previous experience with ISO 9001/AS 9100.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High competency with Microsoft software, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Deadline and detail oriented.

Additional Considerations

  • Experience with AS 13100.
  • ISO9001 or AS9100 Lead Auditor certification a plus.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with quoting prices.
