As a Customer Service Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer experience goals are met by providing accurate, efficient and professional responses to customer inquiries. The Customer Service Associate will engage existing and potential customers in productive conversations surrounding current product and service offerings.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Update existing orders, enter new customer orders and amend or take notes on customer accounts as needed
- Process sales transactions as needed
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Verify the accuracy of customer orders
- Perform other customer support tasks as assigned
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid work authorization
