Get Drivers Ed is currently seeking a friendly and professional Administrative Assistant and Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will welcome and assist our clients with a warm and professional demeanor. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our driving courses to prospective clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-oriented mindset, this position offers a great opportunity to grow your career at Get Drivers Ed.

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist clients as they enter the driving school; manage check-ins and schedule driving lessons.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Educate prospective clients about our driving courses and benefits
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote and sell driving courses to meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with the driving instructors to ensure smooth operation of driving lessons and schedules.
- Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction and seek referrals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Contact affiliates for partnership
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Assistant manager and operational assistant to employees.

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Google Calendar, Google Spreadsheet, Online Scheduling Softwares.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
