Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAre you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals? Luminescence Therapy is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Duties Include
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect data on client behaviors and progress toward goals 
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)/ADHD, or other disabilities
  • Use reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent treatment approaches
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred 
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for helping others 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Additional Information
Our center is team-focused, with multiple BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Office Assistants to support our RBT staff. Luminescence Therapy collaborates with Speech and Occupational Therapy professionals to provide comprehensive care. **MUST HAVE ACTIVE RBT CERTIFICATION. **CAN NOT START UNTIL MEDICAID CREDENTIALED.
