Our practice is looking for a Medical Scheduler to join our team This is an entry-level position.

Job duties include:

  • Answering and redirecting calls for multiple locations/departments/providers
  • Scheduling appointments for multiple providers
  • Communication with multiple departments
  • Benefit verification / Demographic update and insertion
  • Clerical duties and other office tasks
  • Basic knowledge of insurance policies & insurance referrals
  • Experience with EMA / Modernizing Medicine is a PLUS

Personal qualities:

  • Positive and upbeat personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoys talking and interacting with others
  • Takes initiative
  • Works well with co-workers
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
