As a Service Plumbing Sales Representative, your role will focus on acquiring new customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting plumbing services to residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for building relationships, educating customers on plumbing solutions, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth for the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and cold-calling to identify potential customers in need of plumbing services.

2. Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs, inspect plumbing systems, and provide estimates for repair or installation services.

3. Develop and present customized solutions to address customer plumbing requirements, explaining pricing, options, and benefits of services.

4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as service technicians and project managers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to customers.

5. Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

6. Maintain relationships with existing customers, follow up on service calls, and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technical advancements in plumbing systems to provide informed recommendations to customers.

8. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions to optimize sales performance.

9. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to support sales efforts and drive brand awareness.

10. Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and seek feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and repair techniques.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
