Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in mechanical construction to manage multiple high-value projects from $5M to $10M. Ensure project success through expert scheduling, budget management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of mechanical construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead project teams to achieve construction milestones.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management or similar field preferred.
  • 5+ years in project management within the mechanical sector.
  • Proficient with Procore and Microsoft Suite.
