Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
specializing in mechanical construction to manage multiple high-value projects from $5M to $10M. Ensure project success through expert scheduling, budget management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Project Management : Oversee the lifecycle of mechanical construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Team Leadership : Mentor and lead project teams to achieve construction milestones.
Stakeholder Engagement : Develop strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Construction Management or similar field preferred.
5+ years in project management within the mechanical sector.
Proficient with Procore and Microsoft Suite.
