Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, assign and communicate tasks to crew members.
  • Prepare surfaces for crack-filling or seal coating by cleaning debris using blowers, brooms and mechanized sweeping methods.
  • Knowledge and experience in operating of a Dozer.
  • Estimate the amount of labor and materials required for construction projects.
  • Ability to train employees.
  • Must possess knowledge of paving operations, equipment, safety, and standard procedures.
  • Experience fine grading.
  • All Other Duties as Assigned.

Requirements:

  • Working experience as Prep Crew Foreman
  • Fine Grading Skills
  • Must have years of experience operating a dozer.
  • Ability to read drawings and blueprints
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate and report effectively
  • Good math skills
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends.
