Crack Fill Foreman

Hutch Paving is currently seeking a  Patch Crew Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Managing an asphalt crack crew.
• Complete scheduled Crack filling efficiently.
• Cleaning our cracks with backpack blower efficiently.
  
• Teach and develop employees. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Supervisory experience in asphalt.
• Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and scopes of work is required
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Exceptional people skills.
• Must be able to work Monday-Saturday.
