Job Overview
As an FLSC Corporate Sales Director for Kitchen Guard, you will lead, train, and manage a team of Consultants, providing expert advice on fire and life safety matters to customers and the internal sales team. This role involves outside sales activities and managing the top 50 customer accounts, aiming to preserve our customer base, expand services, and grow our client base by promoting fire and life safety solutions for Corporate and Franchise stores. You will conduct weekly training for Franchise sales representatives using platforms such as "Skool."

Primary Responsibilities
Sales Management/Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top 50 accounts.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of fire and life safety systems.
  • Supervise Consultants and Account Managers, providing guidance and approvals.
  • Mentor the Sales team to support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Set and meet sales targets to drive organizational growth.
  • Address account issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify service opportunities.
  • Collaborate with office staff and operations for accurate new customer information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends for informed consultations.
Corporate Store Sales:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations to clients, addressing specific safety needs.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to recommend solutions.
  • Problem-solve on-site challenges and develop proposals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client fire safety needs are met.
  • Oversee the safe installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing safety training.
Franchise Sales Support:
  • Support new Franchise Owners in understanding Kitchen Guard services and sales expectations.
  • Train new Franchise Fire Life Safety Consultants on sales methodologies.
  • Provide ongoing sales support for new Franchise Owners and Consultants.
  • Participate in weekly Eversmith Brands Franchise Sales meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Fire Science, Safety Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fire and life safety, commercial facility services, or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment.
  • Sales training experience preferred.
  • Flexibility in various work environments.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Attention to detail in inspections and reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Positive contribution to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain industry networks.
Physical Requirements:
  • Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
  • Capable of lifting 40+ pounds.
  • Ability to use A-frame ladders.
