Privately owned management company seeks onsite AC Certified Maintenance Technician for a small property in Kingsland, GA.

This position performs routine maintenance in occupied units, preparing to make ready units for new move-ins and maintaining property curb appeal.

Onsite, we offer a luxury apartment free of charge (this is a $12k benefit) as well as a competitive compensation range based upon experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs service requests within 24 hours of reporting as required.

  • Assists manager in ordering supplies for property.

  • Prepares vacant units for new move-ins within 5 days of move out.

  • Performs necessary work on projects as required.

  • Maintains shop, equipment rooms and storage areas in a neat, organized and secure condition.

  • Cleans and maintains common areas, including daily trash pickup throughout property.

  • Available for on-call after hours emergency maintenance 24/7.

OPERATING SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • We are looking for an individual with an apartment maintenance background.
  • HVAC experience and EPA certification; or previous experience with HVAC with a willingness to obtain EPA certification.
  • Intermediate knowledge of electricity
  • Intermediate knowledge of plumbing
  • Intermediate knowledge of carpentry, painting, and drywall repair
