Role Overview:

The On-Site Condominium Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the upkeep of common areas and providing assistance to residents in a dynamic work environment. This role demands adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to meet the diverse needs of condominium owners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces, including garbage rooms, laundry facilities, storage areas, walkways, and hallways.
  • Perform seasonal maintenance tasks such as watering plants, raking beach areas, and managing outdoor aesthetics.
  • Conduct routine checks and replace light bulbs as necessary.
  • Ensure the parking area is clean and monitor for unauthorized vehicles.
  • Assist residents with luggage, groceries, and other items upon their arrival.
  • Respond to minor repair requests from unit owners, including furniture movement and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Facilitate access for service vendors, including pest control and HVAC technicians.
  • Participate in seasonal preparations, including furniture storage and window adjustments.
