P&C Personal Lines Account Servicer

· The P&C Personal Lines Account Servicer is the first point of contact for clients in our comprehensive, independent insurance business segment. A friendly personality, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ensure success in this role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, initiative, professionalism, teamwork, and collaboration are the highly valued skills that will leave a lasting impression on both internal and external customers. The Personal Lines Account Servicer will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, providing support, ensuring satisfaction, and improving the customer experience for both new and existing clients. This position assists in the retention of existing accounts by providing prompt, efficient, high-quality service in support of Producer activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive phone calls to address customer inquiries, policy coverages, and questions for existing policies to include billing questions
- Complete and process policy changes and requests, endorsements, evidence of insurance and collect premium payments where applicable
- Review coverage options, evaluating at renewal and processing renewals by working with Carriers to find the best rates during the process
- Assist with policy issuance ensuring all documentation complies with industry and agency standards, fully noting in the management system
- ·Submit claims following agency standards for all related processes
- ·Collaborate and support Producers in sales and retention efforts, delivering exceptional service and building strong client loyalty
- ·Take initiative to quickly collect information and resolve client issues. Assist staff and customers in resolving personal lines inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner
- ·Miscellaneous duties as required
