Legal File Clerk/Receptionist

Duties:
- File and organize documents in accordance with established filing systems
- Retrieve files and documents as requested by staff or clients
- Maintain accurate records of file locations and updates
- Transcribe information from various sources into digital or physical files
- Perform order entry tasks, such as processing purchase orders or inventory requests
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and file management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with legal field
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
