Our client in Bristol, PA provides value-added solutions for consumer packaging to customers in the healthcare and media industries using the latest in technology and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality and/or package printing and possess strong computer skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and specifications.

 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform quality inspections on products and packaging to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Read and interpret material specifications, job instructions, and other documents.
  • Utilize computer systems for tracking and reporting quality metrics.
  • Maintain visual acuity to identify defects and ensure color accuracy.
  • Work with inks, solvents, and other chemicals safely.
  • Work effectively under deadline constraints while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a diverse workforce environment.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in quality control and/or package printing preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in using quality inspection software.
  • Ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds continuously, with the capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift, and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, grasping, and reaching frequently. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret material specifications, job instructions, and other documents.
  • Good visual acuity and color vision.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to read a ruler and understand fractions.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality-driven work habits.
  • Ability to work with and around inks, solvents, and other chemicals.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when needed.
  • Ability to work well with others in a diverse workforce environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction.
