RemX is seeking an experience Accounts Receivable Coordinator for a company in the Cypress, TX area

Role is temporary for approximately 3 months on a hybrid basis.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collections emails and telephone calls
  • Back up other accounting or administrative support staff, as needed
  • Generating and sending invoices and account statements
  • Tracking and recording payments and transactions
  • Researching and resolving account discrepancies and issues
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Producing monthly financial and management reports

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience is required
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience
  • EDI/Portal billing experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Fundamental understanding of debits & credits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independence and have excellent time management skills
