Job DescriptionJob Description

We are expanding our Sales Team in the DFW metroplex and seeking candidates with exceptional people skills, a strong student mentality, and big personal goals to be part of that expansion. We DO NOT mass hire, but are looking to add a few key players to partner with our trainers and Executive team for an immersion learning experience to launch their new careers in roofing and solar.

Responsibilities:

  • Work and train alongside high-performers
  • Participate in daily/weekly team meetings
  • Attend pre-scheduled meetings with prospective customers to present our services (aka run leads), and market our services to the neighboring homes and businesses
  • Leverage existing customer relationships to obtain new customer referrals
  • Communicate with insurance carriers on behalf of our customers
  • Network with our Business Development partners.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, food service, and/or leadership roles
  • Growth mindset with a team-oriented attitude
  • Good time management (on-time and reliable)
  • Desire to help others and solve problems
  • Strong verbal and written/typed communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
