St. Anne’s, an Illuminus Community, offers assisted living and skilled nursing care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. While our convenient location on Milwaukee’s northwest side provides easy access to downtown and nearby communities, our attractive, multi-acre campus features a pond, pavilion, and numerous patios which make it easy to forget you’re in the heart of the city. Located in the center of our community is a large, beautiful chapel, serving as a reminder of our mission and faith-based values,

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time or Casual positions available

Shift: AM or PM shifts available

Pay Rate: $25.72-31.00 per hour

  • Shift Differential for PM Shifts
  • Eligible for Sign On Bonus

Requirements:
  • Current WI LPN Licensure
  • CPR (preferred). FREE training to obtain and/or renew
