Requirements of the (LPN):

● Must have AHA BLS certification

● Must have valid WI, LPN License

Responsibilities of the (LPN):

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and possess a strong knowledge of anatomy and medical systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in a variety of medical settings such as assisted living facilities, pediatric clinics, ophthalmology offices, and Level I Trauma Centers.
- Administer treatments including gastric lavage and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) management.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
- Assist in emergency situations such as the ER with efficiency and professionalism.

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience working in assisted living facilities or with children.
- Knowledge of ophthalmology procedures.
- Proficiency in gastric lavage techniques.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and medical systems.
- Ability to manage Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
- Competency in accurately measuring and recording vital signs.
- Experience working in an Emergency Room (ER) or Level I Trauma Center.
